Shipping Policies

:: Underground Textbook Exchange :: is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer.

Returns

Textbooks purchased for the Fall or Spring term are fully refundable with receipt for TWO WEEKS from the first day of the term. Books purchased after that period are refundable for two business days until two weeks before the end of the term, at which point all sales are final. Books purchased for Summer courses are refundable for FIVE business days from the start of the session for which they were purchased. In order to receive a full refund, you MUST have your receipt. New books must be in NEW condition. Shrink-wrapped books must be in original shrink wrap. CD's and other sealed media are NOT returnable if opened. Photocopied course readers are not returnable for any reason.
